(A)
Can you see the difference?

(B)
I have decided to print a couple of my favorite shots for my new place. ( I haven’t been able to call it home yet.) I’m working on that… trying to make it mine.

(C)
Tweaking some just a bit — Which do you prefer?
Between A & B — then C & D

(D)
Share with me your preference– These are kind of like life– the same just tweaked a bit for beauty sake. (but then do you like the natural, untouched shot?)
Below is one that I am enlarging for over my sofa. I’m excited for this project however nervous about paying money if I don’t like them… ugggh.

I believe that this very well be my last post of this decade…
I know some say this decade doesn’t end until NEXT year but I was listening to a radio talk show the other day and he insisted that the “techies” all say that 10 is the end and 11 the beginning of the new decade. Well, I have decided that 2010 is going to be my year and then next ten years MY decade— so I want to get this started.
Be safe as you usher in the New Year! It’s a time for new beginnings– make them wonderful ones!
Stop by Susan at Southern Daydreamer to visit the others celebrating the Outdoors…
See you next year–
I love saying that– always makes me laugh.

Since January 1st 2010 -- I have been celebrating finding Beauty in our every day lives. Stay in the Day... be in the moment. Don't wait to live your life.
Stop and make a habit to find the Beauty and you will be amazed at how Beautiful your life is. Be thankful and remember:
"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." Dyer

I think I like A and C the best Claudia. The first one has a bit more detail in the trees to the left of the photo. It looks a bit more clear! What a beautiful little cottage. It looks like something out of a fairy tale. That is my idea of a house!! Hope you are settled in your new place, or are getting there! Looking forward to seeing more great posts from you in the New Year! All the best to you in 2010! Happy New Year! Sherri : )
C and A are best to me Claudia,
Happy New Year
I would say A and C look the best to me. I love that hosue it is so pretty. I wish you all the best in 2010 and Happy New Years.
I prefer A and C.
What a charming house!
Best wishes for a magical, peaceful, and rewarding new year!
I’m with everyone else, I like A and C the best. They are brighter and more inviting. Bringing up the green makes it look more how we see it, rather than how the camera does. The only thing I would say, if you’re using Photoshop, I would also lighten up the shadows on A to show more detail of the trees. That is another thing most cameras can’t capture, but when you’re standing there you can see.
Happy New Year and New Decade!
I’m not finding much difference in A and B….I like C much better than D.
Happy New Year!!
I love B and C.
<a href=”http://www.theretiredsailor.com/2009/12/sunny-day.html”>My Outdoor</a> post, happy new year!
I like A and C…
I like how you are claiming 2010 and the next decade!!
A very Happy New Year to you and yours…
I like A & D. (Sorry to break the chain here…)
I like A and C. Here’s to the next year and the next decade! Happy New Year. –Delores

hugs, Cherry
Your photos here are all good ones. I think tweaking is a matter of preference. I usually tweak to make the photo look they way I saw the subject originally.
I wish you all the best in 2010!
Great photos! I like A and C the best.
Good luck with your enlarging project… I’ve got a few I’d like to enlarge, but am a little afraid to try it! Here’s to a great new year in 2010.
Your work is simply beautiful. Thank you so much for taking time to visit me today and even more so for stopping to introduce yourself. My favorite part of this process is the people I meet along the way. It’s such a pleasure meeting you. Blessings on your new year.
I prefer “c” and “b”. Looks like you played with the warmth of the colors. Beautiful photos!
