Remember that when we come upon Dark and Cloudy portions of our life it isn’t necessarily a bad thing…
We might just have to look closer with real purpose to see the beauty… because whether we take the time to “look” or not, it’s still there.
Please visit Susan and the OutDoor Wednesday gang… there are some smashing sites to see.
Also remember Melissa at The Inspired Room where she has a great apple pie neighbor gift idea.
And Stop back tomorrow when we will have a wee bit of a celebration on EARLY Halloween!

Since January 1st 2010 -- I have been celebrating finding Beauty in our every day lives. Stay in the Day... be in the moment. Don't wait to live your life.
Stop and make a habit to find the Beauty and you will be amazed at how Beautiful your life is. Be thankful and remember:
"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." Dyer

I agree, sometimes we need to experience the dark and cloudy days to appreciate the mundane and even the glorious ones. (The picture is beautiful!)
We have had so many ups and downs this past week my brain is spinning. Visiting our children in two different states, dad falling again and having to surrender him to hospice care, to the joyous occasion of blessing a new grandbaby.
Life is full of beauty and opposition…the two wisely counter each other. I wish I could control my high water table a bit better though it all.:)
Your words are so true, and though your clouds are dark, I see a glimmer of light that made the scene so romantic!
Happy Outdoors!
I loved your dark cloud view. Behind every dark cloud, there is a silver lining. Sometimes it just takes the light longer to get through. So happy to have you visit and comment.
IN every life there are cloudy days, but like somebody said behind evry cloud there is a silver lining. Beautiful picture.
Have a nice day
Beautiful!!! And your caption…your thoughts below the lovely photo is just soooooooooo perfect.

That photo speaks to a deep part of me. I’ve recently been learning to embrace pain as opposed to numbing it or running from it…

Claudia, your photo for Outdoor Wednesday is so pretty but, I scanned down & read the post below it… Information Please OH MY GOODNESS HOW SWEET WAS THAT! Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful view! Love the mountain in the background..
My good friend Diane once gave me the poem about how necessary the black threads were as the gold. In a sermon a pastor preached that God sees the front of our tapestry, we only see the threads. Your photograph is lovely. This time of year the skies seem to be more gray that blue. Winter is just around the corner, and then comes the beautiful snow.

Hello Claudia! What a great moody photo this is. Those clouds are so powerful looking. Beautiful shot!!
I love stormy weather but not so much in my life experiences.
Hi Claudia
That was such a big thunderhead! Yes, dark clouds may linger but eventually the sun will shine. It is always good to hold on to hope and prayer to get us through the dark days.
Hugs, Pat
Not only are you an excellent photographer, your thoughts and words give us something to think about as well!

Hi,
Thanks for this Outdoor Wednesday post and thank you for stopping by!
Stunning picture of the old barn before the storm. I can see the clouds just broiling and churning! I would be making a dash for the barn door about now!

What a wonderful view of life you have
. Thanks for sharing it and that gorgeous photo with us.
My DH is a forecast meteorologist and is always looking at the sky. He will say, look at that rotation or look at that anvil cloud. He has taught me to appreciate all kinds of weather.
Beautiful image, Claudia!
Happy Outdoor Wednesday!
That’s a really nice shot. I love cloudy days.
WOW is that gorgeous!
It is amazing how the weather can mimic our lives and emotions. Dark and stormy, bright and sunny, etc.
Thank you for sharing the photo and your wisdom with us!
