I recently participated in an Easter Swap! What fun shopping for someone other than myself

I missed a couple of friends birthdays– and since it was near Easter what fun to use Bunnies as my theme.

Purchased these darling chubby bunnies at Hobby Lobby… undressed them (cute even Nekkid)

 

I used some trim I had from making tassels to doll up her neck line– cut a hole in a new hat for her ears– and flowered up her hat! Voila`

 

Cut the same hole in the hat for Ms Pink — broke out the feathers — and added a lovely Pink rose!

 

 

Added some ribbon to a sweet wicker basket and tossed in a decorated egg.

 

I think I love Ms Pinks basket the best!

Thinking of other’s as you create or work on a new project underscores the BEAUTY in giving.  It is always two fold. I smiled as I burned my fingers with hot glue

   Claudia!!!  I am SO excited!  What I find beautiful this week is my new house!!!  We finally found one after months of looking!!  It is just a simple little house but in my eyes it is heavenly…it is our very first house as a family!  Wow!  Please stop by and check it out!!

   OMGoodness, you had a lot of fun!! 

   I’m worried that I didn’t go bunny, Eastery enough with my 2 swaps.  I’m not allowed to show any pics yet of what I sent or what was sent to me but it was fun.  My anxiety comes out but I think I should keep swappin’ to tone back the fear of failing. 

   Claudia…it is a beautiful thing that the Lord is helping me overcome my anxiety and blog, participate, swap, facebook….the sky is the limit when we let him help.  lol

   Oh Claudia Sweetie…
   I am just laughing up a storm. I can just see you crafting away and getting your precious fingers burned. Oh I have done that so many times I cannot even tell you. It hurts like heck.

   I so love my “Lovey” and she is staying out in site forever. She just says love all over her. My grand daughters instantly oohed and aahed when I took her out of the box.

   Sweetie I cannot thank you enough. She was the light at the end of the tunnel yesterday. I had a really rough day and I so needed her. You know just to know that someone cares. Thank you, thank you.

    Oh my, I know what you mean by the glue gun…I have been standing in front of customers making something for them, and that glue would drip thru the wreath on my hand, it’s very near impossible to keep a straight face and keep on working….

    OH GIRLFRIEND…I got it I got it!!!
    You made this precious little pinky for me? REALLY?
    I just got home Monday night. A terrific 3 weeks is all I can say right now.
    The mail lady left a pick up ticket in the mail box yesterday, and before I drove Julie to the airport today, I swung by the post office.
    I opened the box right in the office. I LOVE her, and I named her Claudia.
    Thank you from the bottom of my heart dear friend. I only wished you could have been there with all of us.
    I’m sorting through 2000 pictures now. I’m trying to post for Pink Sat. JOY JOY JOY.
