Garden Magic
This is the garden’s magic,
That through the sunny hours
The gardener who tends it, Himself outgrows his flowers.
He grows by gift of patience,
Since he who sows must know
That only in the Lord’s good time
Does any seedling grow.
He learns from buds unfolding,
From each tight leaf unfurled,
That his own heart, expanding,
Is one with all the world.
He bares his head to sunshine,
His bending back a sign
Of grace, and ev’ry shower becomes
His sacramental wine.
And when at last his labors
Bring forth the very stuff
And substance of all beauty
This is reward enough.

Words can not discribe how enjoyable I find wandering around our wonderful Famers Market. Not only is it just heaven for me and my boyfriend ( my camera)

Oh Claudia I love the Farmer’s Market pics. They were just beautiful. The flowers and the veggies. I couldn’t pick just one. But I do love the little guy that you and your boyfriend picked up. It sure is garden magic – whether one has a flower or vegetable garden. It amazes me when such beautiful flowers grow in ones home or those vegetables that one has too havest in one’s garden. A very beautiful though.

Don’t you just love the farmers market. I love seeing all the pretty colors and everything piles up so abundantly.
