December Signs

It’s the time of year when signs everywhere point to the festivities — This week our photography prompt group’s assignment was SIGNS …
“Believe” — I sure do — I believe that everything happens for a reason and that we will make our own happiness.
But I also believe — in the heart and spirit of Christmas!!
Santa is a sure fire sign that all parents have a little bit of added arsenal to their “better be nice” requests!
No way could Santa get all the requests filled without his wonderful Elves… no way!!
Its that time of year when the world falls in love … every song you hear seems to say… (every sight helps bring to mind a Christmas song)
And dreaming of a White Christmas may only be in your home…
Then there is the best sign — the REASON for the season…
May you find the beauty in your life, for it is simply right in front of you.

Christmas is for us all to celebrate in various ways. To me, it is especially made for the little ones.
Well let me just be the grinch here today. I’m just not feeling the signs gf. Nope, I tried hard today. It’s Colt’s bd tomorrow. So I put on the Xmas music, started baking, snow was falling (just like in the movies) and I have to say…. nope it’s not in my house. The signs have left the building.
I do LOVE the elve’s nose and teeth though. LOVE that little face.
ARSENAL?? An arsenal is a place where arms and ammunition are made, maintained and repaired, stored, issued to authorized users, or any combination of those.
NO WONDER HE NEEDS ELVES HA HA

I live that you have been walking around with your camera and an idea in your head. You found some good things to ponder and I like your story. Keep on doing what your doing because it looks pretty good from my seat. May you find a chocolate in your mailbox or a man in your fireplace- or a smile in your heart. Scratch the last one – it’s already there! Hugs to you girlie. I am just being weird as usual. At least predictably!
Dear Claudia, Don’t faint, it is really me. I have been so busy with a Christmas party here (35 people) and my Garden Club Christmas party (38 people) Not here but a big deal held at our church. I have been having a grand time decorating our home and enjoying the festivities of these two events. Thank goodness, now I can get back to my friends. I have missed my sistas so much.
Your photos are wonderful and I love that you are active and having fun with your camera club. I know how important photography is to your happiness and life. Keep it going my dear friend. I am now going to catch up with all I have missed.
BTW, I love the email you shared. I read it to Bill and he had a good laugh. Hee knows my favorite flower is a rose. Smile!!!
