Beautiful Winter

Just sharing some beauty around me today.

I stopped the car and hopped out to capture this moment – the woman behind me patiently waited till I turned and gave a  ”thank-you wave”

She rolled down the window as she drove around me saying…” ohhh how I wish I had my camera today!”

I told her some of my shots don’t always turn out the way I see them — but I took her address down. Then after downloading and bringing this up I had to  pop  this into the mail for her.

A great shot in your computer never shared isn’t really a great shot is it?

Lastly — came across this great chandelier!  Look at the fun colors — wouldn’t this be fun in a PINK child’s room??

Remember to focus on all the wonderfulness in your life and soon you will be amazed at how much more will be there!

Ordinary Miracle

About 10:30 last night I looked outside — just as predicted it came…

with simply the light from the street I could see it…

Newly fallen snow is something that always takes my breath way.  Setting my alarm for 6:30, wanting to catch the sunrise, I wandered out only to find an amazing bunch of snow!

Break out the shovel…  uggh!

There was such a quiet out, not too many people up and around on this Sunday morning, but as I made my way “out” I realized that the sun would not be showing up much today because there was such a heavy cloud cover.

The wind had stopped and all around me was simply an Ordinary Miracle today.

It’s not that unusual
When everything is beautiful
It’s just another

The sky knows when it’s time to snow
Don’t need to teach a seed to grow

Life is like a gift, they say
