We only get to act like silly kids but one time during the year (unless you are like me and are silly most of time, but that’s for another discussion)… I believe that October is the fun FUN month!

Remember the great yard decor at my Sisters? Well, they just came back from Disney Land and were inspired …

Just for the week of Halloween is the yard transitioning into a more FESTIVE event…

They tell me NEXT year will be HUGE
I can’t wait…
(the wind began to blow…Look what it brought with it!)

Uh huh… I am Sooo not ready for this yet. There, I put it in writing and I wonder if anyone who is in charge of weather alignments pays any attention to my whining? *sigh*

I hope you enjoy your Halloween week! See you on Saturday… Halloweeeeeen!
Mean while visit Susan and all the other Out Door Celebrators. She is at A Southern Daydreamer.

I know – it’s kinda sorta the same theme (ok, maybe exactly) … BUT—I had so many fun comments from this weekend’s fun – I just wanted to show this a wee bit more…

Mary and her friends at Little Red House has her regular gathering and I wanted to share with them too. Please forgive my Wickedness!

Tis the Season– Ohh I know— it’s a wee bit scary when the sun starts going down and the moon come up…. They say Witches and goblins abound.
Just by chance I happened upon a group of them, and well, frankly I was a little bit taken back.
I thought there would be Crows cawwing in the air, clouds of colored smoke billowing from cauldrons and Witches cackling non stop… but nooooo…
I didn’t find any of that on my outing this week, in fact what I saw would’ve made you Gasp! Oh, yes… it seems that not many of them were taking serious their Witchie-ness duties at all.

I found some tugging wagons of pumpkins for pumpkin pie I suppose. How scary is that???… NOT!

The weather was so fantastic that I found a group playing Baseball…

I know it was rude but I had to capture another creatures BUTT that was bigger than mine.

One novice in fact was practicing her flying… (big cheater– check out the safety wire. *pffft*)

But then– I guess if you don’t practice this could happen if you weren’t paying attention when you were out flying about– SPLATT!!
Now that’s gonna leave a mark!!

Finally I came around a corner to find this great wall of potions, critters and Books on Spells…

Alas, I found a couple who took their job serious. Granted, it’s weeks before the official day… but common there are stereo types to live up to– right??
Now wasn’t that just fun?
That’s because today we are participating in My FIRST time — Halloween, A Haunting Magical Celebrationby A Fanciful Twist– Please stop by and see all the other creative bloggers having a fun time this weekend.
Check out the cutest Craft projects Beeb and Mr C did… Great job Mr 8 year old!

This great craft you can pick up at any Hobby Lobby
Now, for one of the few jokes I remember…
There once was a cute little ghost who wanted something new to wear for the Halloween ball.
There were no Ghost shops in his village so he went to his friends for help with his attire.
*sigh* he had to stay home from the ball, because NO one gave a SHEET!
Now, on that silly note– check out Bev at Pink Saturday of course… have the BEST weekend!
Thanks for laughing with me… and I promise to be much more SERIOUS — Cough– come October the 31st!
